It plays a central role in guiding the Society’s direction and ensuring that its activities remain aligned with its objectives and legal obligations.
The Board of Directors is responsible for overseeing the affairs of the Society and ensuring the effective implementation of its objectives, programs, and activities. The Board provides strategic leadership, governance oversight, and policy direction while supporting the Society’s long-term sustainability and growth.
